Terms of Service
Effective August 8, 2026 · Operated by More Technology Labs Inc.
These terms govern your use of Axis Terminal. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Axis Terminal is operated by More Technology Labs Inc. (“we”, “us”), a corporation incorporated under the laws of Ontario, Canada.
By creating an account or using Axis Terminal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.
Axis Terminal is offered only to residents of Canada and the United States. We do not target or offer the service to residents of other countries. If you access it from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for complying with your local laws.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your login credentials and for everything done under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it current. Tell us promptly at legal@axisterminal.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
One account per person. Do not share your account or resell access to it.
4. Plans and billing
We offer a free plan and paid plans. Current plans, prices and included features are on our pricing page and form part of these Terms.
- Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in US dollars, charged in advance.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal.
If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend or downgrade your access until it succeeds.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
All fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months, unused time, or periods where you did not use the service. Our free plan exists so you can evaluate Axis Terminal before paying.
This does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
6. Price and plan changes
We may change prices or what is included in a plan. For existing subscribers, we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before a price increase takes effect. Continuing your subscription after that means you accept the new price. If you do not, cancel before it applies.
7. Changes to the service
We are actively developing Axis Terminal. We may add, change or remove features, data sources and widgets at any time. We may also suspend or discontinue the service. If we discontinue it entirely, we will give reasonable notice and will not charge you for periods after it ends.
8. Acceptable use
Do not:
- Scrape, crawl or bulk-extract data from the service
- Redistribute, resell, republish or share market data obtained through Axis Terminal
- Reverse engineer the service or attempt to access it other than through the interface we provide
- Circumvent rate limits, plan limits or access controls
- Use the service to break any law, or to harm, overload or interfere with our systems
- Use automated tools to create accounts or access the service without our written permission
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, without refund.
9. Market data
Market data, fundamentals, company information and news in Axis Terminal come from third-party providers. We license this data — we do not own it, and you get no rights in it beyond viewing it in the service for your own personal use.
We do not guarantee that data is accurate, complete, current or uninterrupted. It is provided as is. Quotes and other market data may be delayed, and delay length varies by source, exchange and plan. Data may be unavailable without notice.
Your right to use this data ends when your account does.
10. Not investment advice
Axis Terminal is a research and data tool. Nothing in it is investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. We are not registered as an investment adviser, dealer or portfolio manager with the Ontario Securities Commission or any other regulator, and using the service creates no advisory or fiduciary relationship.
See our Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Your content
Dashboards, layouts, watchlists and settings you create remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that content solely to operate the service for you.
You are responsible for your content and for having the right to use it.
12. Our intellectual property
Axis Terminal — including its software, design, interface and branding — belongs to us and our licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service. Nothing more is transferred.
13. Third-party services
The service relies on third parties including Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Upstash, EODHD, Finnhub, Resend and Google. Their availability affects ours, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions or outages. Payment processing is governed by Stripe’s own terms.
14. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we handle it. It forms part of these Terms.
15. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from settings.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, your right to use Axis Terminal ends immediately and your data may be deleted. Sections 8–12 and 16–20 survive termination.
16. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not warrant that the service will meet your needs, that data will be accurate, or that defects will be corrected.
17. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or trading or investment losses, however caused.
- Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) CAD $100.
These limits apply even if a remedy fails its essential purpose, and regardless of the legal theory.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act or other consumer protection legislation that cannot be waived by agreement. Where such legislation applies, the exclusions and limits in Sections 16 and 17 apply only to the extent it permits.
18. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless More Technology Labs Inc. and its directors, officers and employees from any claims, losses and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will give notice by email or in the product at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated Terms. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version.
20. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, subject to any non-waivable rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.
21. General
If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between us.
